MULTI-MANAGER

Multi-manager is a centralized system that allows to manage by means of a single controller, the main functions and operating modes of a group di hydronic units in modular configuration.‎ Thanks to this device it is possible to handle up to 6 modules of equal or different capacities, even of different types and for different system configurations.‎ It is also possible to control one or more backup units and integrated or external pump groups .‎ The control logic developed by Thermocold is able to coordinate air/water or water/water 2-pipe systems, made by units with both screw compressors and multi-scroll compressors, both inverter and on / off.‎ The adjustment can be set according to the requests, in function of the inlet or outlet water temperature read by the plant probes.‎ Communication between the Multi-Manager system and the unit is performed via RS485 serial connection.‎ A second connection is also available for Modbus communication with third-part BMS systems.‎ Benefits Global system control High versatility No stop operation Maximum reliability Balanced thermal loads between single modules Increased global efficiency of the modular system Compatible units: Chillers and heat pumps Chillers with partial or total recovery Chillers with free-cooling Heat pumps with 3-way valve for domestic hot water production Multi-pipe units for 4 pipe systems Compatible systems: Air / water or water / water type "Simple" type (units of same typology) 'Mixed’ type (units of different typologies) Systems with Backup Units Equipped with external pump group (On-OFF or Inverter).‎ Further info from manufacturer on MULTI-MANAGER Thermocold
