The innovative angular EPS window jamb has been designed and manufactured to cover or replace existing window sills in order to avoid the *thermal bridge due to the absence of an insulating covering between the wall and the windows.‎ It is applied directly around the edge of the window hole, against the wall section and the frame of the window, so as to create a thermal break between the wall and the external insulation.‎ When fitted with an EPS window jamb, the perimeter insulation of the window hole is total.‎ The EPS window jamb also facilitates the finishing joint of the external cladding, avoiding laborious skimming steps, thanks to the overlapping angle.‎ Consisting of a covering based on selected quartzes, it is made waterproof and resistant to all atmospheric agents, thermal shocks and structural movements of the building (very high resistance to bending).‎ Insulation is guaranteed by the coupling with high-density EPS either traditional or with Graphite (model in photo) for greater insulating power.‎
