ACCA software

DeCuius is the ACCA programme that helps to quickly and efficiently manage legitimate and testamentary successions opened after 25 October 2001.‎ Unbeatable in terms of versatility and accuracy, the software facilitates the drafting and printing of the Declaration of Succession, the Land Registry, the Settlement Statement and the various other documents required.‎ Guided compilation ofthe Declaration of Succession: The compilation procedure is automatic and guided; all you have to do is follow the tree-guide proposed by the software and input into the appropriate forms the data required for the definition of the family tree and the inheritance.‎ At the end of the input phase, also with the support of data, tables and basic models already available in the archives provided with the programme, DeCuius automatically proceeds to the assignment of the shares (also expressed in thousandths), providing the summary picture of the assets of the inheritance according to the information on the family tree.‎ It is always possible to intervene manually on the data provided by the programme.‎
