Ipersol is the new generation prestressed concrete floor slab ideal for multi-storey buildings with high static performance floors (large spans and considerable load-bearing capacities), which allows the same structural mesh used in the roof to be replicated on the intermediate floors, optimising space and dimensions.‎ The particular morphology of the Ipersol floor slab, whose section makes the most of the synergy between concrete and pre-stressing action, ensures exceptional structural performance with a limited self-weight, guaranteeing significant savings.‎ The use of Ipersol allows for load-bearing capacities exceeding 2,000 kg/m2 with elements over 20 metres long, while at the same time offering the highest fire resistance requirements (R 180’).‎ Not only as an intermediate floor slab, Ipersol can also be used as a roof slab for buildings with a flat extrados roof.‎
