HS MINIMAL WOOD/ALUMINIUM 68 Lift&Slide frame made of laminated wood:
Fixed perimeter frame formed of 1 vertical upright with nominal overall section 68 x 48 mm (with aluminium total thickness 78x58 mm) and 2 uprights (lock side and fixed side) and upper cross-piece with nominal overall section 55 x 187 mm (with aluminium total thickness 55x197 mm) assembled at 90° angles by means of special milling, siliconing and screws. Covered with extruded aluminium alloy profiles 10 mm thick screwed to the wooden frame with nylon clips joined at the corners.
Glazed doors composed of mullions and transoms with a shaped profile, nominal overall section 68x58/70/74mm, assembled at 90° angles by means of dowels and ‘B3’ vinyl glue, covered with 10 mm thick extruded aluminium alloy profiles screwed to the wooden door with nylon clips welded at 45° angles only on RAL painted profiles or joined with angles on Wood Effect painted profiles.
Glazed mirror with double-glazing with acoustic, thermal and safety values in accordance with the law unless otherwise requested. The double-glazing unit is held in place by means of an internal perimeter glazing bead frame made of shaped laminated wood profiles and external silicone sealing;
Sealing system consisting of double TPE gasket with vulcanised matrix on handle and bottom sliding sash. Central node and upper node sealing with PVC thermal sealing strips and four balloon gaskets.

Painting with an impregnating agent or a water-based monocomponent paint consists of 3 different phases:
the first phase consists in the application of a transparent or colored fungicide impregnating agent by immersion and drying process at a constant temperature;
the second phase consists in the application of a thixotropic water-based coating with an air-pressure sprayer to protect doors and windows from UV radiation, drying process at a constant temperature, sanding with an automatic sanding machine and final wiping with inspection of the pieces;
the third phase consists in the application of a moist film of thixotropic water-based finish with an air-pressure sprayer in the quantity of 300 microns, drying process at a constant temperature, final inspection of the pieces.

Total Customisation
Even in the classic versions, all our windows and doors can be fully customised during the design phase. Each lift and slide can in fact be tailored to the customer's needs: dimensions, shapes, colour, as well as all the individual accessories installed. Available in thicknesses of 68, 78 and 92 mm.
Minimal version
This model of lift and slide is of the minimalist type. Minimal frames are designed to maximise the glass surface area of a window frame, without altering its energy performance and soundproofing, maximising light and design in a uniquely elegant solution.
Blind
Lift-and-slide windows can be armoured by inserting a series of reinforcing elements in the hardware and in the core of the frame itself, which provide greater security against tampering and burglary and raise the certified burglary resistance class to RC2.
Acoustic insulation
Our sliding windows meet all legal sound insulation requirements. They are designed and manufactured for high performance in terms of noise absorption, and it is also possible to install double-glazing with sound-absorbing layers for higher levels of absorption.
