Panel shutters made of wood.‎ It protects your window frames perfectly and allows you to darken any room with ease.‎ Ideal for both windows and French doors, the Panel shutters can be made to measure with FSC®-certified wood and painted with eco-friendly water-based impregnating agents for a reduced environmental impact.‎ This TAGLIERE model is characterised by vertical lamellar matchboarding on both sides of the shutter.‎ With vertical lamellar matchboarding, 45 mm thick.‎ With 18 mm thick internal steel extrusion, black painted concealed strips, hinge for wall anchoring, safety espagnolette, shutter stopper with automatic locking, copper protection edging in the upper header.‎ PAINTING: The paints used on all our frames are BIO, in fact we have paid particular attention to the production cycle, choosing health first.‎ No more oil, cutting carbon dioxide emissions and above all attention to people's health.‎ Painting performed with BIO water-based impregnating agent or single-component varnish with a three-coat painting cycle: the first coat consists of the application of transparent or coloured fungicide impregnating agent by immersion and drying in a constant temperature environment; the second coat consists of the application in air-mix of a thixotropic water-based primer to protect the window frame from UV rays, drying in a constant temperature environment, sanding with an automatic brushing machine and dusting with inspection of the pieces; the third coat consists of the application in air-mix of thixotropic water-based top coat for exteriors in the quantity of 300 micorn of wet film, drying in a constant temperature environment, re-sanding and inspection of the pieces.‎ Further info from manufacturer on TAGLIERE Bussi
