Cappellotto AIR FRESH I-H
AIR AFRESH I-H a monobloc controlled mechanical ventilation unit with high-efficiency heat recovery, Air treatment section with dehumidification and integration with cooling and heating. The unit is particularly suitable for residential, commercial or collective residential buildings and in all cases where the nominal flow rates for air exchange do not exceed 300 m3/h.
FEATURES
- Structure: panelling made of double sandwich panel, with painted finish on the outside and galvanised finish on the inside of the unit. Self-supporting perimeter structure in galvanised sheet metal. The panels are insulated with 20 mm thick high-performance insulation and 6 mm thick adhesive polyethylene insulation.
- Ventilation: plug-fun Brushless fans with electronic motor and modulating control. High efficiency and low noise levels in compliance with Erp2018 regulations.
- Filtration: ePM1 70/80% easily removable filters on the external air intake and extraction air. Coarse filters with low pressure drop easily extractable on recirculating air.
- Recovery section: polypropylene cross-flow counterflow heat exchanger with high efficiency >90%. Summer and winter operation.
- Air treatment section: the unit is equipped with both a hydronic battery for post-cooling and post-heating, and a refrigerant circuit for dehumidification and/or integration of cooling only. It will be possible to select the desired type of Air treatment between only dehumidification or dehumidification with primary air cooling, or only air heating (without dehumidification).
- Refrigeration circuit: made of brazed copper complete with: high-efficiency reciprocating compressor, filter drier, finned coils, water exchanger, solenoid valves, lamination device, liquid receiver, high and low pressure switches and thermal insulation piping.
- Regulation: On-board electrical panel with microprocessor and dedicated regulation. Fan management, display of internal machine temperature probes, timed dirty filter management, recirculation and fresh air management.
