SPIDEREX LIGHT - Радиантная панель для пола
SPIDEREX LIGHT
Plastic material panel (polypropylene) for creating radiant systems with reduced thickness. Available in 2 types:
- Base: only panel, mechanical application on existing flooring
- Stick: with adhesive strip for gluing on existing flooring.
Multiple installation spacing of 50 mm.
Multilayer pipe 12x1.6 mm.
Panel thickness: 15 mm.
Panel dimensions: 600x1200 mm.
Packaging in cardboard box.
Plus
A screed above the knuckle of reduced thickness (5 mm) is sufficient. Due to its minimal overall height, it is suitable for use in renovations. Reduced thermal inertia of the system in 30 minutes. 100 % recycled plastic material (polypropylene). Patented product.
Laying
It is important that the backing layer is perfectly flat, solid, load-bearing and free of unevenness. When using the panel without insulation, the surface must be treated with the adhesion-promoting primer UFH-DRY-PRI (see page 127). The system is installed like a normal underfloor system with knuckle panel; when the pipework is laid, the special shallow screed must be created with the Spiderex UFH-LIV-SPR levelling compound (see page 126). The panels are joined one to the other with an edge joint.
Features
Spiderex is the only system for underfloor radiant systems that combines the ease of installation of a knurled panel with the thermal output of a flat panel. Thanks to the innovative and patented geometry of the embossed panel with 4 lateral drainage holes, the Spiderex web is completely embedded in the screed, allowing the homogeneous distribution of the temperature inside the screed and making the application of the traditional distribution mesh unnecessary.
The special geometry of the embossment is designed to respond to all the mechanical stresses to which a radiant floor system is subjected.
The spider web of SPIDEREX totally embedded in the screed also acts as a distribution mesh, allowing the thickness of the screed to be reduced. With a footprint of only 20 mm (excluding the thickness of the finish) using the specific level UFH-LIV-SPR or similar, it is possible to create a high-performance radiant system in adherence to the existing floor.
