BIOPOR 30 T19 - BIOPOR block for sustainable plugging Di Muzio Laterizi's exclusive BIOPOR blocks are born from an organic (BIO) porous (POR) mixture made by blending the naturalness of the best Abruzzi clay, the simplicity of virgin wood flour and the purity of Apennine waters, without chemical additives.‎ These blocks are deeply rooted in the built tradition as they are made in the classic thicknesses of brick, from small 8 cm to large 35 cm, but at the same time have staggered internal baffles that are thinner than ordinary perforated bricks.‎ The internal design, in particular, is designed to guarantee the reversibility of the block, i.‎e.‎ the invariance of the thermal performance with respect to the installation of horizontal or vertical holes in the block.‎ This results in bricks that are easy to use and accessible to all levels of labour expertise, minimising design/real value differences.‎ They are characterised by a gross density of approximately 600-660 kg/m3 and numerous micropores that form in the mixture during firing due to the combustion of virgin wood flour that we add to our Abruzzi clay during the shaping stage.‎ This peculiarity, together with the arrangement of the staggered partitions and the geometry of the holes, are the secret of our blocks, important allies for thermal and acoustic insulation and fireproofing needs.‎ The organic mix and certification for double laying with both horizontal and vertical holes make it the ideal choice for avant-garde constructions but with a classic methodology, easily adapting to use for internal or external box walls, as well as for external monobloc curtain walls with external insulating coat, for counter walls and for partitions.‎ The entire production is CE marked category I - control system 2+ and CAM compliant, a choice of quality and safety to meet all performance requirements.‎ Walls made with BIOPOR blocks are able to dampen noise thanks to their mass: even for the smallest thicknesses, the soundproofing power is very high, to the benefit of improved living comfort.‎ Bricks made with our BIOPOR ecological bricks are therefore natural, ecological and comfortable for life.‎ Moreover, terracotta bricks are completely recyclable at the end of the building's life, as well as being totally non-combustible and above all do not emit any toxic gas in the event of fire.‎ Biopor bricks of pure "Km 0" clay from Abruzzo, porous exclusively with virgin wood flour: minimised environmental impact, top performance.‎ Certified DOUBLE laying: Horizontal and Vertical
