Fakro FPP-V PRESELECT MAX Centre-pivot and top-hung pine roof window

FPP-V preSelect MAX allows two different types of opening: in addition to the tilt-and-turn mode, it combines the vasistas mode, in which the sash can conveniently open from 0 to 45 degrees, allowing not only greater ventilation inside the house but also a better view of the horizon.‎ The opening changeover switch for switching from the tilt-and-turn to the tilt-and-turn version is extremely simple: simply place the preSelect switch, mounted on the bottom of the frame, invisible when the window is closed and accessible when it is open.‎ Thanks to the large opening angle, which with preSelect MAX reaches 45 degrees, this window can also be used as a roof access in certain sizes.‎ This window features a number of advantageous technologies: the topSafe system, which reinforces the construction of the window frame for greater resistance against burglary; the V40P automatic ventilation, which allows optimal air exchange even when the window is closed; the thermoPro system, which not only lowers the thermal transmittance, improving the energy efficiency of the window, but also increases the airtightness of the window frame and ensures better condensation drainage.‎ Offered in different sizes and also available in very large dimensions - up to 134x160 cm - the FPP-V preSelect MAX window is made of carefully selected pine wood and treated with two coats of transparent acrylic varnish with low environmental impact.‎
