Fakro FTP-V Z-Wave Anti-theft roof window

The new FTP-V Z-Wave tilt-and-turn window can be integrated into the wireless system of a 'smart home'.‎ Equipped with an electronic module with a Z-Wave chip - a system capable of linking different electrical products dedicated to home comfort in a single network - this window can be conveniently managed from any position within the home, through a control device that allows it to be opened and closed, as well as the remote control of accessories.‎ Extremely evolved from a technological point of view, FTP-V Z-Wave preserves the aesthetic appeal that has always characterised the well-known company's products: the entire electrical mechanism for automating the window (control unit and chain motor) is in fact invisible, as it is integrated in the frame of the structure and hidden by an aluminium cover, placed in the lower part, precisely so as not to detract from the beauty of the window.‎ This window has a chain motor with a 24 cm stroke that allows the casement to be opened and closed electrically; in the event of a power failure, the window can also be moved manually, simply by turning the handle by 90° and releasing the motor.‎ Equipped as standard with a rain sensor - which triggers the window to close in the event of rain - and also available with a wind sensor, this product can also be integrated with various electrical accessories, such as ARF Z-Wave internal blackout blind and ARP Z-Wave shading blind, AJP Z-Wave Venetian blind, ARZ Z-Wave external roller blind and AMZ Z-Wave external shading blind.‎ In natural wood colour, FTP-V Z-Wave is recommended not only where there are real and concrete impediments to the movement of the window frame - if, for example, the window frame is at such a height that it cannot be within the direct reach of the user - but also for adding personality and interesting interior design concepts to particularly daring architectural projects.‎ The three new Fakro models vary in terms of finish: FTP-V is coated with two coats of clear acrylic paint and is therefore a natural wood colour; FTW-V is finished with two coats of white acrylic paint; finally, FTU-V features three coats of white polyurethane paint that creates a durable and perfectly smooth surface and makes this window optimal even for high humidity environments.‎ Equipped with a very large glazed area that can be enhanced with all Fakro accessories - from the sunshade awning to the external roller blind, or from blackout/shade blinds to pleated curtains - the FTP-V, FTW-V and FTU-V windows feature the topSafe system, which reinforces the construction of the window for greater resistance against burglary; the V40 ventilation that allows an optimal exchange of air even when the window is closed, making the rooms healthier even during the winter season or in bad weather; thermoPro technology that not only lowers thermal transmittance improving the energy efficiency of the windows, but also increases their airtightness and guarantees better condensation drainage.‎ Thanks to the window sash, which can rotate 180° and is equipped with a targeted locking system, these models allow for easier and safer cleaning operations.‎ Also worth mentioning is the handle - located in the lower part of the sash and thus at the most easily accessible point of the window - which is characterised by a two-snap micro-opening.‎ Finally, the new windows are also available in an automated version with the Z-WAVE system.‎
