The access panel F1 model is composed of two aluminum frames, the profiles are solidly connected to each other by a special TIG procedure.‎ This procedure avoide the use of corners or screws during production and make the product clean and essential and also easier to assemble.‎ This model also allows the application to the wall with lateral opening thanks to the tilting rotary system.‎ The access panel is not removable and is supplied with steel cables and an easy-to-use safety carabiner.‎ The installation of our access panel on walls or false ceilings is immediate, very simple, safe and stable.‎ A joint gap of 1.‎75 mm is visible between outer frame and door leaf.‎  The concealed snap locks open the access panel when pressure is applied to the flap on the spring loaded latch side.‎ In standard sizes, the plaster-coated plaster sheet of the door, which can be of various thicknesses, is glued to the profile using a special process and therefore does not require plastering, and is ready for painting, thus avoiding unattractive blemishes.‎
