The latest addition to the Estro family, the ESTRO GT fan coil perfectly combines GALLETTI 's experience in the production of fan coils and the implementation of refined regulation logic with EBM-PAPST's know-how in the manufacture of electric fans.‎ The ESTRO GT project was developed specifically for the hotel sector, in which the fan coil represents the most cost-effective solution for room air-conditioning in terms of efficiency, reliability, silence and ease of maintenance.‎ With ESTRO GT you achieve the twofold objective of significantly cutting primary energy consumption and improving guest comfort in hotels - in short, it's almost like having an extra star! ESTRO GT uses GreeTech technology motor-fan units, which means permanent magnet BLDC motors with integrated inverter in the fan unit, with IP44 protection, F insulation class and maintenance-free ball bearings.‎ The motor is integrated into the structure using forward curved centrifugal fans made of glass-filled polyamide PA6, inserted into polypropylene PP scrolls.‎ The advantagesBLDC motors allow a reduction in power consumption of up to 70% compared to traditional AC motors, with a corresponding reduction in CO2 emissions .‎ The low power consumption is the ideal solution for installations in hotels where the fan coil is in operation on average 80% of the time.‎ The regulation logics implemented by the GALLETTI EVO and MYCOMFORT control panels modulate the operation of the unit continuously, adapting the air flow, thermal and acoustic emissions to the actual needs of the environment, reducing the fluctuations in room temperature typical of step adjustments.‎ The continuous modulation of the air flow rate involves the adjustment of the thermal power delivered, therefore a rapid start-up of the controlled environments and exceptionally low noise levels in the maintenance phases: in this way the guests' needs in terms of flexibility of use and noiselessness will be fully satisfied.‎ The rangeThe ESTRO GT series consists of 13 models with nominal cooling power up to 5.‎5 kW, produced in 7 construction versions for vertical horizontal recessed installation and wall, floor or ceiling installation .‎ A wide range of accessories is available to complete the proposal both in terms of regulation and options for recessed ceiling installation.‎ ESTRO GT completes GALLETTI's proposal for the hotel and tertiary sector by interfacing with the ERGO management system and the multi-purpose heat pumps in the catalogue.‎ The main componentsCovering unit in painted sheet steel, sides and outlet/suction grilles in UV-stabilised ABS to maintain colour over time.‎ The steel parts use 10/10 thick sheet steel with a double layer of paint with UV resistance class RUV 3.‎ Structure made of galvanised sheet steel, thermally and acoustically insulated.‎ Versions prepared for vertical and horizontal operation mount a double condensate collection tray.‎ The structure incorporates the Greentech motor-fan unit and one or two high-efficiency heat exchange coils made of copper tubing and aluminium fins.‎ The regenerable air filter is located on the intake.‎
