Raw fibre glass meshes are used to enhance the mechanical resistance of industrial floorings made with epoxy and polyurethane resins.‎ The raw mesh is soft and can well adapt to all surfaces.‎ Its open fibres improve the absorption of the resin.‎ For reinforcement of epoxy or polyurethane resins lay the raw mesh on the primer.‎   For cement-based floorings fibre glass meshes with anti-alkali coating must be used.‎ The mesh with anti-alkali coating must be placed over the first layer of fresh material and then covered with a second layer.‎   In both cases the rolls of mesh must overlap at least 10 cm in order to grant homogeneous reinforcement.‎
