gemino IoT is an additional device that, thanks to the onboard 4G/LTE module, greatly enhances the communication capabilities of lares 4.‎0.‎ It communicates with the control panel via LAN connection and can therefore be installed remotely from the control panel itself to ensure the best 4G signal coverage.‎ It has a built-in antenna, but for specific needs, this can be deactivated by installing a remote antenna.‎ It can operate with either 12V or PoE; with 12V power drawn directly from the control panel, the module remains operational even in the event of a power outage.‎ It can function as a backup to the existing LAN connection or as a router for data network management.‎ It allows calls, text messages, emails, and notifications to security companies.‎
