Nidyon DOPPIO DRY - EPS панель

The DOPPIO DRY DOPPIO DRY panel is a pre-reinforced 'stay' formwork for the construction of insulated reinforced concrete walls as part of Nidyon's industrialised construction technology.‎ It allows the construction of buildings with a solid structure and box-like behaviour that is particularly suitable for seismic resistance in areas with a high seismic risk.‎ The use of the double panel aims to realise buildings of high architectural quality by reducing construction time.‎ The high acoustic and thermal performance, with the absence of thermal bridges, allows the achievement of the best level of energy classification.‎ It consists of EPS-RF (Sintered Self-Extinguishing Expanded Polystyrene) sheets with the dual function of formwork at the time of casting, and of double insulating coat.‎ Two structural steel meshes are already arranged inside, and two galvanised electro-welded meshes outside.‎ Galvanised sheets (see photo detail) are interposed between the plaster-holding mesh and the internal EPS sheet for fixing plasterboard panels or metal profiles for dry finishing.‎ On site, the panels must be completed by pouring ordinary concrete mix.‎ The concrete casting phase on the building site allows, through a single operation, the realisation of the load-bearing structures, infills and thermal insulation of the building.‎ Finally, the external plaster is sprayed on, completing the insulated load-bearing wall.‎ The thicknesses of the concrete wall and insulation can be customised according to requirements.‎
