NIPAD - EPS панель

NIPAD panel (Nidyon Double panel) is a pre-reinforced "stay" formwork for the construction of insulated reinforced concrete walls within the framework of Nidyon industrialised construction technology.‎ It makes it possible to realise, without height limitations, buildings characterised by a solid, monolithic structure that is particularly suitable for areas with a high seismic risk.‎ The use of the double panel has the objective of realising buildings of high architectural quality while reducing construction times.‎ High acoustic and thermal performance that, with the absence of thermal bridges, allows the achievement of the best energy classification level.‎ It is made up of EPS-RF 150 kPa sheets (self-extinguishing Sintered Expanded Polystyrene) with the dual function of formwork at the time of casting (carried out on site) and of double insulating coat.‎ Inside, two structural steel meshes are already in place, and externally two electrowelded meshes function as plaster carriers.‎ On site, the panels must be completed by pouring ordinary concrete mix.‎ The concrete casting phase on the building site allows, through a single operation, the realisation of the load-bearing structures, the curtain walls and the thermal insulation of the building.‎ Finally, the external plaster is sprayed, completing the insulated load-bearing wall.‎
