Siderea embodies the harmony between beauty and strength.‎ With a design that recalls the delicacy of stars and the solidity of iron.‎ Every detail is meticulously crafted, offering not only unparalleled protection, but also a touch of class that elevates any environment.‎ Schulz makes Siderea windows and doors with ENAW 6060 aluminium profiles, an alloy with high resistance to corrosion in atmospheric environments thanks to QUALICOAT and QUALANOD certified protective painting and seaside procedures.‎ The goal of low thermal transmittance is achieved through the interruption of the thermal bridge - the main antagonist of insulation in window frames - thanks to the structural insertion of continuous 40mm polyamide bars, a material with low thermal conductivity, which guarantees an increase in insulating capacity of over 300%.‎ By means of the open joint pressure compensation mechanism, the presence of a lowered groove and special drainage slots, Siderea profiles profiles also guarantee total prevention of water infiltration and prevent the stagnation of any condensation.‎ The depth of the fixed frame profile is 76 mm, while the moving sash profile has a minimum depth of 86 mm.‎ All the gaskets of our Siderea windows and doors are made of EPDM, which in the case of the central seal is subjected to a vulcanisation process, making this synthetic rubber elastic and difficult to deform, in order to help maintain Siderea's high standards of air permeability, water tightness and resistance to wind loads.‎
