FLEXIFON aphonic cabins find convenient application in the encapsulation of standard machine tools, specific installations and in the creation of silent islands for machining personnel.‎ The wide range of standardised elements available reduces design to a minimum, which is limited to those particularly critical points, where the use of standardised parts is not possible at all; all this results in short construction times and low costs.‎ FLEXIFON cabins essentially consist of a load-bearing frame made of steel profiles and a curtain wall paneling (which can also be made with panels from the Modular series).‎ All panels are easily removable and are insulated with high-quality sound-absorbing material that retains their acoustic properties over time.‎ Only laminated shatterproof glass or polycarbonate sheets can be used for the transparent areas.‎ Silenced ventilation units ensure that the heat produced by the encapsulated systems is dissipated.‎ A series of accessories, anti-panic safety locks, limit switches, light barriers, door opening and closing automatisms, make FLEXIFON cabins the most complete and flexible available on the market today.‎
