A system for the insulation and two-way ventilation of pitched roofs, comprising a sintered expanded polystyrene panel manufactured using BASF’s Neopor® raw material, compliant with the UNI EN 13163 standard, and bearing the CE mark, laminated on the upper surface with an OSB/3 sheet and on the lower surface with a rock wool panel to improve thermal phase shift and acoustic performance.‎ Thermal conductivity W/mk: 0.‎030 W/mk Compressive strength at 10% deformation: ≥ 100 kPa Water vapour resistance (permeability): 30 – 70 Reaction to fire: E The Roofing range comprises roof insulation systems designed to improve a building’s energy performance by reducing heat loss and thermal bridges.‎ These solutions enable the construction of non-ventilated, ventilated, unidirectional or bidirectional ventilated, and micro-ventilated roofs, suitable for roofing materials such as tiles, curved tiles and other finishing elements.‎ The systems consist of EPS insulation panels, also available in combination with OSB or rock wool, in various thicknesses and configurations, to ensure continuous insulation, ease of installation and adaptability to the main types of roofing.‎
