Bioisotherm BIO-KP

Coat insulation system used as a coating from the outside of new façades or those undergoing renovation, in order to: - optimise the thermal performance of the building - reduce energy consumption - eliminate possible causes of thermal bridges - prevent the formation of mould and condensation inside the building units.‎ The system envisages the use of thermal insulating panels in sintered expanded polystyrene with or without graffiti, self-extinguishing (with RF in Euroclass E), with CE marking in compliance with UNI EN 13163.‎ The BIO-KP system can be installed on various types of support, e.‎g.‎ masonry, concrete, concrete blocks, hollow bricks, and can be laid on any shape and structure of the façade.‎ The installation of the BIO-KP system can be summarised by three basic steps: 1) application of BIO RAS glue on the back of the EPS slabs and subsequent application of the same slabs and BIOFIX PVC expansion plugs 2) application of the BIO RAS covering by means of glass fibre mesh 3) application of BIO PAINT coloured primer and BIO COLOR final finish.‎ BIO-KP represents the best building insulation solution in the field of renovation, and is the result of an accurate selection among the various possible energy requalification interventions applicable to existing buildings.‎
