FLEXWELL® LPG the flexible single-wall pipe from BRUGG PIPESYSTEMS for the safe transport of LPG Easy and quick to install with no welding, costs reduced to only one pipe FLEXWELL® LPG is the corrugated, flexible single-wall pipe from BRUGG PIPE SYSTEMS ideal for the safe underground transport of LPG, both in liquid and gaseous form.‎ Thanks to its construction characteristics, the solution can be used over a wide temperature range (from a maximum of 60°C, to a minimum of - 50°C), pressures of 25 bar and is suitable for propane gas only.‎ The typical application of the pipe is the transport of liquid phase LPG feed and return vapours between the storage tank and the dispenser, especially considering that the mixture of propane and butane has a profound impact on the design requirements and characteristics of the components and installations of the service stations where LPG is dispensed.‎ FLEXWELL® LPG consists of an inner wall made of a corrugated spiral profile in AISI 316L stainless steel with reinforcing bands of the same material twisted around the service pipe.‎ These help to prevent elongation of the corrugation when operating at high pressures.‎ Protection against corrosion due to burial is provided by coating the pipe with a layer of continuously extruded low-density polyethylene (PE-LD).‎
