For the safe transport of fuels, BRUGG PIPE SYSTEMS has the PETREX CNT® pipe.‎ The flexible, single-wall pipe consists of a corrugated stainless steel inner pipe (guaranteeing maximum safety against corrosion and suitability for transporting new-generation fuels without permeation problems) and an outer casing made of continuously extruded polyethylene.‎ The construction technology and material compound allow for total burial.‎ Nominal sizes range from DN 20 (3/4") to DN 100 (4").‎ The maximum working pressure + 6.‎0 bar (60 PSIG), or any value below atmospheric pressure.‎ Advantages of the system PETREX CNT® holds the following advantages: - easy and quick to install, even without intermediate welding, thanks to the corrugation of the service pipe.‎ - Environmentally safe.‎ - Costs limited to the pipe alone.‎ Fields of application The system can be used in the following plant constructions: - Suction systems.‎ - Pressure installations.‎ - Filling installations.‎ - Vapour recovery systems.‎ Connections End connections are available with sector flange or thread.‎ Simplified installation thanks to the compression system with mechanically installable graphite seal.‎ Delivery The hose can be supplied to the customer coiled on reels for easy handling and logistics, with a maximum length of 500 m, or cut to length according to project requirements.‎
