Comparato Nello - Модуль и коллектор DIACOM
The DIACOM hydraulic compensator by Comparato is a component of considerable importance in the construction of thermal systems. In fact, it performs the function of decoupling the hydraulic circuit for heat production from the distribution circuit to the users: the hydraulic compensator is used to hydraulically separate the two circuits when they are characterised by different flow requirements and, in general, it is necessary when the flow rate of the utilisation system is variable and can assume values that are not compatible with the generator's requirements.
The design and construction of DIACOM compensators takes into due consideration the requirements for reduced pressure drops and mixing between the primary and secondary fluids. Furthermore, particular attention is paid to the arrangement of the connections in order to exploit two other important functions: deaeration and impurity collection.
The air present in the circuit is collected in the upper part, which can then be vented by automatic or manual devices, while sludge and impurities are deposited in the lower part and can be easily removed by the appropriate drainage. DIACOM is made according to the logic of alternating connections; in particular, for its correct operation, the pair of connections on the side of the highest one must be connected to the boiler, while the one located lower down must be connected to the system. The standard production includes creations with threaded connections from 1" to 2" and flanged from DN 65 to DN 200; larger sizes can be requested directly from the Comparato technical office. The surfaces are protected from oxidation phenomena by applying a special paint, while the connections are protected by special plastic caps.
