GALLETTI PLN C/H

The PLN C and PLN H are air-to-water units using R290 refrigerant and multi-scroll compressors.‎ The reduction of pollutant emissions – whether directly linked to the use of greenhouse gases or, more indirectly, to emissions generated at the point of electricity production and subsequently consumed over the lifetime of a heat pump – is the first and most important pillar on which Galletti bases its Advanced Design solutions.‎ This approach has led to the creation of PLN, a new range of air-to-water units using natural refrigerant and multi-scroll technology.‎ The extremely wide operating range and high performance under all operating conditions make it the perfect solution to the need to gradually phase out the use of energy from fossil fuels for heating and cooling buildings.‎ Thanks to the high temperatures of the water produced (up to 75°C), we can replace a fossil-fuel-fired generator whilst maintaining the full output of the existing heating system.‎ By utilising multi-scroll configurations (up to 4 compressors), we produce exactly what is needed at all times – without waste – to ensure people’s comfort, neither more nor less, whilst working to maximise the efficiency of the entire system.‎ PLUS R290 refrigerant (GWP=3) Multi-scroll solutions Reduced refrigerant charge (< 10 kg per circuit) Hot water production up to 75°C Full-load operation down to -20°C air temperature (45°C water temperature) Extremely high seasonal efficiency ratings Monitoring of output power and COP (optional) Silent models available Further info from manufacturer on PLN C/H GALLETTI
