CENTROSTORICO CONNETTORE Acciaio SALDATO is the connector for the consolidation and static reinforcement of steel girder floors by welding.‎ Made of non-galvanised structural steel S235, thanks to its specific geometry, it ensures easy weldability to metal structures for the best consolidation performance.‎ The attachment of Welded Steel Connector to steel girders is done directly by welding to the girders with two or three welding points located on the two long sides only, and possibly on the short side at the top after carefully cleaning the metal slab.‎ Welded Steel Connector can be laid either vertically or horizontally.‎ The System provides for the realisation of the collaborating slab in Leca® light structural concrete capable of ensuring greater structural safety with a consequent increase in the rigidity and strength of the structure.‎ ADVANTAGES Effectiveinterconnection system Thanks to the non-galvanised S235 structural steel element, the system allows the creation of the mixed collaborating slab for greater structural safety.‎ Easy weldability to metal structures Thanks to the specific geometry, made of non-galvanised structural steel, it ensures the best consolidation performance.‎
