Micro fibre-reinforced concrete with high performance and fluidity for thin slab applications.‎ MICRO is the micro-concrete specifically designed for collaborating castings on slabs made of laterocement, concrete, 'SAP' and 'Varese'.‎ MICRO is the R4 cement mortar with a very fluid consistency, also ideal for restoring and repairing concrete structures.‎ Thanks to its high performance and adhesion to the slab, it allows for the creation of low thickness collaborating hoods of only 2 cm and without reinforcement.‎ Depending on the type of slab, the presence and roughness of the hood, MICRO concrete can be laid directly on the substrate or with the use of CentroStorico Chemical Connector or Mini Concrete Connector.‎ ADVANTAGES Specifically designed forlow thickness applications on slabs Micro Concrete is specifically designed for the extrados repair of slabs in brickwork and concrete.‎ Thanks to its high performance and adhesion to the slab, it makes it possible to create low thickness collaborating coats.‎ Also suitable for the restoration of wood and/or steel slabs with the use of suitable interconnection systems.‎ Ideal for low thicknesses from just 2 cm The fine aggregate (< 3 mm), distributed within a specific grain size curve, and the special cement matrix allow Micro Concrete to be applied in very low thicknesses from 2 to 6 cm.‎ It is ideal in renovation projects where site constraints require application thicknesses to be kept to a minimum.‎ High structural adhesion The consistency and rheology of the product allow Micro Concrete to be strongly adhesive to the substrate, both in the solution of direct laying on the application surface (minimum roughness 5 mm) and with bonding by means of Chemical Connector (increased reinforcement performance by up to 50%) and/or Mini Concrete Connector.‎ High performance Micro Concrete is characterised by high compressive strength (class C55/67), high elastic modulus 38,210 N/mm² and adhesion to the substrate (with and without connection systems).‎ Incombustible It has a reaction to fire of Euroclass A1 (non-combustible): a guarantee against fire.‎ Quick tomix, easy to lay Micro Concrete is quick to prepare because it requires only 5 minutes mixing with normal concrete mixers, planetary mixers, auger mixers and electric drills.‎ It is quick and easy to lay because it has a super-fluid and pourable consistency: just pour the premixed concrete onto the substrate and spread it with a large metal trowel or squeegee.‎ Pumpable With screw pumps equipped with a mixer such as Turbosol T, Putzmeister S5, Imer Step 120 or similar.‎ Manoeuvrable and versatile Premixed in a bag, only requires the addition of mixing water.‎ Legal compliant and safe Compliant with Technical Standards for Construction (Italian Ministerial Decree 17/01/18 and relative Circular 21/01/79 no.‎ 7).‎ Conforms to the requirements of UNI EN 1504-3, CE marked.‎ FIELDS OF USE Execution of collaborating castings on slabs in brickwork, concrete, SAP and Varese type.‎ Realisation of collaborating castings on timber and steel slabs, with the use of suitable mechanical connection systems.‎ Low-thickness structural castings in general.‎ Structural castings in compliance with Ministerial Decree 17/01/2018 "Technical Standards for Construction" and the related "Circular 21/01/19 no.‎ 7".‎ Exterior and interior applications.‎
