Lecablocco Bioclima is a concrete construction element lightened with Leca expanded clay in which the density of the concrete, the percentage of perforation, the shape and the arrangement of the air chambers are designed to give the masonry excellent thermal and acoustic insulation values, high thermal inertia, environmental healthiness and good mechanical characteristics.‎ Characteristics and performance: Lecablocco Bioclima is a building element with low concrete density (800 ÷ 1100 kg/m3), low perforation percentage (less than 30%) and high bioclimatic characteristics, i.‎e: Thermal insulation Thermal inertia Healthiness Breathability of the wall Acoustic insulation Fire resistance Low radon and radionuclide emissions.‎ Lecablocco Bioclima is an element of Quality as it is it is produced by companies with a Quality System certified by an accredited body according to UNI EN ISO 9001 standards; it is a block equipped with CE Marking in accordance with UNI EN 771-3 standards; it has a Product Quality Mark "LecaBlocco Certified Quality" according to the specifications set by ANPEL and verified through controls and inspections by a special control body.‎ Fields of use Thanks to the lightness of the concrete (800 ÷ 1100 kg/m3) and exploiting the improved contribution of the thermal inertia characteristics, Lecablocco Bioclima allows for the construction of walls with diffuse insulation, and in particular Single-layer or double-layer infill walls; Load-bearing walls in non-seismic zones according to Ministerial Decree 14/01/2008; LECABLOCCO Bioclima, in the Seismic version, allows buildings to be constructed in seismic zones with ordinary load-bearing and reinforced masonry according to Italian Ministerial Decree 14/01/2008 "Technical Standards for Construction".‎ Lecablocco Bioclima are lightweight concrete blocks made of Leca expanded clay for external perimeter walls designed to give the walls high performance in terms of insulation and thermal inertia, breathability and bioclimaticity.‎ Lecablocco Bioclima are designed to offer different solutions compliant with the different climate zones and are divided into four families: Lecablocco Bioclima Zero; Lecablocco Bioclima (Thermal and Seismic); Lecablocco Bioclima Superlight.‎
