OVER-FOIL CLIMA

OVER-FOIL CLIMA is a highly reflective, breathable and waterproof insulation material, ideal for insulating counter walls, false ceilings and roofs.‎ Thanks to the pure aluminium film, in summer it can reduce up to 95% of the heat transmitted by radiation from the roof to the attic, thus making it habitable and guaranteeing considerable energy savings for cooling the environment.‎ Used against the wall, on the other hand, it is the ideal solution for eliminating mould and condensation that form in the winter period on poorly or poorly insulated cold walls.‎ It reduces heat loss by reflecting inwards the heat produced in the home since, laid in an air gap, it has an insulating power comparable to several centimetres of classic insulating panels.‎ OVER-FOIL CLIMA is totally watertight.‎ The total watertightness of OVER-FOIL CLIMA makes it possible to protect the building from accidental water infiltration in the event of perforation or displacement of the roofing or façade covering.‎ It also protects the insulating layer which, if not watertight, would suffer a drop in performance if it were in direct contact with the infiltration.‎ OVER-FOIL CLIMA is totallyairtight.‎ The total airtightness of OVER-FOIL CLIMA makes it possible to create a barrier against cold air infiltration and to prevent hot air escaping from the building.‎ OVER-FOIL CLIMA is permeable to water vapour.‎ The special wavy structure composition of OVER-FOIL CLIMA and the laying with open flaps allow the migration of any moisture towards the outside of the structure.‎ Laying of OVER-FOIL CLIMA Roofing Lay OVER-FOIL CLIMA horizontally with respect to the eaves line, starting from the bottom and going up towards the ridge overlapping the flaps of the rolls by at least 10 cm.‎ Ventilated walls Lay Over-foil Clima horizontally, starting from the bottom of the wall and moving upwards, overlapping the edges of the rolls by at least 10 cm.‎ Important installation precautions: Never expose Over-foil Clima to direct contact with sources of intense heat, open flames, welders, etc.‎ Never put Over-foil Clima in contact with the chimney.‎ Always keep a minimum distance of 20 cm from all heat sources.‎
