SPYROGRIP SISMIKO

The Spyrogrip Sismiko exterior insulation system, the best system to increase seismic class and thermal insulation in a single step using the incentives of Sismabonus and Ecobonus.‎ Sismiko is an innovative patented system of spacers and panels in EPS Twinpor, with high insulating power, that is installed directly on the existing masonry acting as a formwork for the creation of a small reinforced concrete layer leaning against the wall that improves the seismic behavior.‎ The insulating panels at the same time serve to contain the concrete jet and remain in place as a thermal coat.‎ The renovation with the Sismiko system allows therefore to work only outside the building, without interrupting the normal activity inside it.‎ It is also possible to incorporate in the system new plants to replace the existing ones, minimizing the internal demolition operations.‎ The system thus allows to consolidate the existing masonry as an armed plaster, but already provided with thermal insulation.‎ It also improves the resistance to overturning of the infill walls, which in case of earthquake often collapse.‎ Further info from manufacturer on SPYROGRIP SISMIKO PONTAROLO
