CUBOTEXT is a preformed expanded polystyrene (EPS) suitable for making cubic concrete specimens with a side length of 15 cm for laboratory tests to prove their compressive strength.‎ No special measures are required to make the test specimens.‎ After they are filled, the concrete is settled by means of immersion vibrators, and any volume decreases due to the vibration operation are then topped up.‎ CUBOTEXT consists of two parts, the bottom and the lid, which are designed to be sealed together, when required, in order to protect the sample from tampering.‎ The shockproof nature of the EPS material means that the CUBOTEXT cuboid, in addition to its function as a formwork, also fulfils the function of real packaging of the concrete specimen, which remains protected during shipment to the testing laboratories.‎
