Poron B is a white thermal insulation board cut from a straight-edge block, made of sintered expanded polystyrene (EPS).‎ Poron B boards are lightweight, impact-resistant, breathable and have excellent thermal insulation properties; they are also particularly easy to handle and store.‎ Equally easy to work on site, for which no protective clothing is required.‎ The slabs are cut from block with hot wire.‎ Any thickness is possible.‎ The standard size of Poron B thermal insulation boards is 1000×500 mm, with thicknesses from 20 mm.‎ This size is suitable for all application requirements in the field of thermal insulation.‎
