Neopan K100 - Exterior insulation system.‎ Neopan is a panel that allows the installation of an insulating layer and waterproofing sheathing in a single solution, suitable for all industrial or civil roofs, flat or pitched.‎ Neopan is an insulating panel 1200 x 1000 mm coupled with a bituminous velovetro membrane with overlapping selvage on two sides (short side and long side).‎ Neopan is an insulating layer heat-coupled with 2 kg velovetro waterproofing sheathing.‎ The overlapping selvage, which varies according to the type of membrane from 50 to 80 mm, allows the elimination of the joints between one panel and the other.‎ The first step for the professional laying of the Neopan panel is the preparation of the laying surface by removing any cement residues or impurities that may create hollows when laying the first bituminous membrane.‎ Once the preparation of the surface has been completed, Neopan can be laid with special bituminous adhesive or after mechanical fixing.‎ Depending on the slope, the surface area of the roof to be insulated and the windiness of the area in which the work is to be carried out, it will be necessary to provide for a greater or lesser number of gluing or fixing points.‎ The Neopan panels must be perfectly matched in order to minimise the formation of thermal bridges and points of passage for the flame that will be used for the overlapping selvage.‎
