PREMAC Pre cast external walls are made of load-bearing, vibrated reinforced concrete panels with a total thickness of 20 cm.‎ They are insulated by an interposed layer of polystyrene insulation material to ensure maximum thermal and acoustic insulation.‎ The fire resistance of our infill panels is guaranteed R120; on request it can be extended to REI 120' (with appropriate sealants).‎ PREMAC 's attention to the intended uses and the required thermal insulation performance extends the production range: - The classic lightened panel: which constitutes the basic type (also used as an internal partition wall) - The thermal break panel: 28 cm thick, characterised by maximum thermal insulation performance.‎ Precast external walls can be finished in natural cement grey with a formwork finish, in river gravel or in washed marble grit in various colour combinations.‎ The strict control of the mixes always guarantees the aesthetic quality of the final product for perfect colour homogeneity, as well as increasing the panel's resistance to atmospheric agents.‎
