URETEK ITALIA
Walls Restoring® is the new Uretek method used for the consolidation of masonry structures. The reconstruction of the deteriorated binder within the wall face reunites its constituent elements, restoring structural integrity.
A technology applicable to: foundations, buttresses, embankments, bridges, retaining walls.
Wall subsidence is an increasingly common problem, but one that is easily solved thanks to Uretek's Walls Restoring® method. The two-component resin used in the intervention is injected in a liquid state while it is already in the reaction phase, and acquires its definitive mechanical characteristics in 24 hours, guaranteeing complete consolidation of the walls.
THE STEPS OF THE INTERVENTION
The Floor Lift method ensures a clean, immediate, effective and non-invasive intervention. The treated area will be made accessible as soon as the treatment is completed. These are the main steps:
1. FREE SURVEY Uretek technicians will come and carry out a survey with laser instrumentation to assess the extent of the damage suffered by the wall structure.
The survey is a quick, non-invasive and completely free operation that does not bind you to a contract.
2. EXECUTION OF PERFORATIONS In the most frequent cases of vertically developed masonry systems, the injection holes are executed vertically or with a slight inclination. This makes it possible to intercept as many cavities as possible with each individual hole.
3. INJECTION OF THE EXPANDING RESIN IDRO CP 200 expanding resin is injected through pipes into the wall, with simultaneous and gradual removal of the injection pipe by means of a hydraulic pipe extractor. The extraction speed of the tube is controlled and varies to allow the resin to reach and fill every cavity.
THE ADVANTAGESThe Uretek Walls Restoring® method is absolutely effective and decisive when it is necessary to reconstruct the binder inside works made of brick or stone or mixed material.
