URETEK ITALIA STABILITY PLUS

URETEK STABILITY PLUS is a controlled course that continues in the months following the injections to check how the building actually performs until final stabilisation and crack repair.‎ STABILITY PLUS is unique in the industry and is developed in three phases: Foundation soil stabilisation Continuous remote control and structural monitoring Final stabilisation and crack repair A SAFER, DURABLE AND SURPRISE-FREE CONSOLIDATION Foundation soil consolidation with resin injections.‎ Customised configuration.‎ The Uretek technician has 363 injection schemes to choose from to identify the most suitable one and various types of resins specific to different soil types.‎ INTERVENTION Drillingand insertion of Uretek Multipoint perforated pipes Drilling is carried out with electric hand drills, generally using 26 mm diameter drill bits.‎ Then, using manual rotary drills, the injection pipes are inserted into the previously drilled holes Injection of Uretek Geoplus blowing resin and laser monitoring The Uretek Multipoint injection system injects the blowing resin via a gun connected by a special tube to the workshop truck.‎ The resin spreads evenly in the foundation soil and compacts it as it expands.‎ The injection is continued until the lifting principle is verified, which is accurately monitored by a laser system with 0.‎5 mm accuracy.‎ Verification of the result Before and after the consolidation work, penetrometric tests are carried out to verify increases in the mechanical properties of the soil.‎ On completion, a technical report is sent to the client.‎ The intervention is carried out with a totally independent workshop truck that can be stationed up to 90 m from the intervention area.‎ Uretek Multipoint Injection System Developed in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Turin, the Uretek Multipoint system represents the evolution of traditional expanding resin injections.‎ Unlike single-point systems, Multipoint uses injection tubes with a series of calibrated microholes of different diameters distributed along the entire length.‎ This allows the resin to flow simultaneously from multiple points and spread evenly in the soil.‎ In addition, the injections are carried out in intermittent mode, so that the behaviour of the resin during expansion is controlled and it does not move away from the injection points.‎ European Patent EP 3 821 079 B1 Uretek Geoplus resins Uretek injects specially developed resins for soil consolidation that expand rapidly and have a high swelling pressure, which is essential for compacting the soil and not just impregnating it.‎ Continuous remote structural control and monitoring A dedicated Field Quality Engineer, after verifying the state of the building following the intervention, installs crack gauges and follows the evolution of the crack pattern until it is completely stabilised.‎ Installation of Easy Crack Monitor biaxial crack gauges Within two months of the intervention, the Field Quality Engineer carries out a control visit and installs the patented Easy Crack Monitor biaxial crack gauges on the most significant cracks in order to monitor any displacements.‎ Continuous monitoring for 9 months in real time from remote Uretek's technical department analyses the crack pattern remotely.‎ In case of anomalies, the system sends an automatic alarm: if necessary, corrective actions are evaluated.‎ How remote monitoring works The patented biaxial Easy Crack Monitor does not need power and transmits measurements to a server several times a day.‎ In the event of abnormal movements, the instrument sends an alert to our technical department, which proactively assesses the case and plans a new intervention, if necessary.‎ Using dedicated software, the Field Quality Engineer remotely monitors the evolution of the cracks.‎ The patented Easy Crack Monitor European Patent EP2732257B1 Final check and crack repair Only when the structure is stable is the final crack repair carried out.‎ If abnormal movements are detected, targeted re-intervention is possible.‎ Conclusion of monitoring At the end of the estimated settlement and surveillance period, the Uretek Field Quality Engineer certifies the success of the monitoring, removes the Easy Crack Monitor and proposes crack repair work.‎ Crack Repair Uretek carries out the repair of cracks with professional sarcification using specific mortars and fibre mesh, restoring structural and aesthetic continuity quickly and non-invasively.‎ URETEK STABILITY PLUS COMES FROM THE COMPANY THAT INVENTED CONSOLIDATION WITH EXPANDING RESINS.‎ Uretek specialises in geotechnical solutions using innovative and patentedresin injection technologies.‎ It intervenes quickly and conservatively to restore structures and infrastructures to consolidate soils regenerate masonry fill cavities raise floors and artefacts anchor walls against the ground stop infiltrations Thanks to the specific technical competence in the execution of works gained in over thirty-five years of experience and to the widespread presence of specialised technicians throughout the territory, URETEK accompanies and supports private clients, professionals, public bodies and industrial companies in all phases of geotechnical works.‎ WHY DOES URETEK OFFER POST INTERVENTION MONITORING? Post-intervention monitoring represents a verification tool provided for by the regulations in force NTC 2018 (Chapter 6 - Geotechnical design, §6.‎8 - Control and monitoring).‎ Uretek monitoring, carried out by means of dedicated instrumentation (patented Easy Crack Monitors), is a symbol of technical transparency and regulatory compliance, offering the client maximum peace of mind on the behaviour of the work over time.‎ By their very nature, Uretek geotechnical interventions improve the mechanical characteristics of the ground and act on the entire soil-foundation-structure system, characterised by time-dependent behaviour.‎ Moreover, such interventions are frequently carried out on existing buildings, often already affected by previous deformations and consolidated cracking frameworks.‎ In this context, post-intervention monitoring makes it possible to verify the effectiveness of the consolidation intervention over time provide objective and measurable data to support technical evaluations In summary, proposing post-intervention consolidation monitoring allows Uretek to distinguish itself as a company that correctly applies the NTC, adopts a responsible engineering approach and protects the client, designer and company.‎ Monitoring is also a fundamental tool for objectively documenting and verifying the success of the intervention over time.‎
