VENTIZA DUO is a double flow controlled mechanical ventilation unit with high efficiency heat recovery unit, available in six models for ceiling installation, suitable for air exchange in indoor environments.‎ The compact and silent unit has an internal structure in high-density polystyrene and is externally covered with a self-supporting frame in white pre-painted sheet metal.‎ The lower panel can be opened for easy ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.‎ The unit, depending on the model, is equipped with a static sensible or enthalpic counter-current heat exchanger in polypropylene, radial backward-bladed centrifugal fans with EC motors with electronic speed control and low consumption, an automatic bypass damper for summer free-cooling, two ISO ePM1 70% filters (according to EN ISO 16890 – ex F7 according to EN779), one for fresh air and one for exhaust air.‎ Filter inspection is quick and requires no tools.‎ The electrical panel is excluded from the air flow with side inspection.‎ The unit is equipped with four circular inlets with a diameter of 160 mm for connection to the air ducts and the casing, unique for all models, has dimensions of 1151x651x280 mm (including filter caps).‎ The unit is equipped with two condensate drains to be used depending on the chosen configuration: it is possible, in fact, to reverse the two flows via the electronics.‎ As standard, the unit is supplied with a white user control that allows you to manually select three preset speed levels.‎ The user control is equipped with a temperature, humidity and air quality sensor that allows automatic management of the unit's air flow.‎ The electronics also automatically manage the bypass function and the antifreeze function.‎ Furthermore, it is also possible to manage external accessories to the unit such as electric heaters and valves connected to post-treatment water coils.‎ Filter clogging and any alarms are displayed.‎ It is possible to connect the unit via MODBUS RS485 protocol.‎ The models differ in maximum delivered flow rate, 280 m3/h for the smaller size, 350 m3/h for the intermediate size and 450 m3/h for the larger size, and in the type of heat exchanger, sensible and enthalpic.‎ The unit is tested and classified according to the European Ecodesign regulation ref.‎ 1253/2015 and 1254/2014.‎ USE The Ventiza DUO Controlled Mechanical Ventilation unit is of the centralized type for ducted systems and is suitable for air exchange in residential and non-residential environments of small-medium surfaces.‎ Optimal solution to ensure the removal of indoor pollutants and to prevent condensation and mold problems that inevitably damage the structure and compromise the health of the occupants.‎ The unit is designed to be installed on the ceiling and the compact thickness makes Ventiza DUO installable inside false ceilings.‎ Heat recovery, through the internal exchanger, contributes to the energy efficiency of the environment.‎
