Ventiza FLOOR is the new dual-flow Controlled Mechanical Ventilation unit with high-efficiency heat recovery, designed to ensure optimal air exchange in small and medium-sized residential and non-residential environments, removing indoor pollutants and preventing the classic problems of condensation and mould that inevitably damage the structure of the building and compromise the health of its occupants.‎ Extremely compact, with dimensions of only 788x621x595 millimetres for the smallest size (788x751x595 mm for the medium and large sizes) and a weight of 41 kilograms, Ventiza FLOOR retains some of the features that have made Ventiza HP so successful.‎ The VMC unit is equipped with single-phase EC electric fans with constant flow, which guarantee excellent performance in terms of noise and electricity consumption, and ISO ePM1 70% emission and extraction filters (according to EN ISO 16890 – ex F7 according to EN779).‎ Ventiza FLOOR features a high-density polystyrene internal structure and is externally covered with a self-supporting frame in pre-painted white sheet metal, as well as having four circular inlets with a diameter of 160 millimetres for connection to the air ducts.‎ The front cover, divided into three bands, is removable for easy routine and extraordinary maintenance.‎ The unit has a black user control integrated into the cover, equipped with a temperature, humidity and air quality sensor, which allows you to manually select three preset speed levels.‎ The machine's electronics also automatically manage the bypass function for free cooling and the anti-freeze function.‎ Available in three different sizes, with air flow rates at maximum speed ranging from 280 m3/h to 450 m3/h and with the option of choosing between a sensible or enthalpy heat exchanger, Ventiza FLOOR guarantees maximum versatility and can be installed in two different configurations: wall-mounted or floor-mounted (using a dedicated accessory).‎
