AF SYSTEMS AF M500BJ

The AF M500BJ pressurisation system is a device compliant with Ministerial Decree of 18 October 2019, designed to ensure the pressurisation of the smoke filter chamber in the event of a fire, upon receiving a command from the fire detection system (or other signalling device).‎ In the event of an alarm, the control board will activate the pressurisation system, ensuring that an overpressure of 0.‎30 mbar (30 pascals) is achieved with automatic pressure regulation (optional pressure switch), taking into account pressure losses due to air leakage through fire-rated doors and windows (as per the average values specified in standard UNI EN 12101-13)* and any sealed service penetrations in accordance with the fire resistance characteristics of the filter itself.‎ In the event of a power failure, thanks to the supplied backup battery pack, the AF M500BJ system will ensure that the positive pressure is maintained for over 120 minutes.‎ Further info from manufacturer on AF M500BJ AF SYSTEMS
