Atroporta Vì - For pocket-sliding doors, the frame consists of a ledge jamb, a header consisting of two profiles at the pocket entrance and one pair of telescopic intrados for adjustment to the wall thickness (up to 8 mm on each side).
The frame is supplied unassembled and can be fitted on a variety of pockets readily available on the market.
Fixing of ledge jamb by means of screws hidden under the intrados.
The header is fixed by means of partly hidden screws. Brickmolding and intrados at the pocket entrance are to be fixed at intervals by means of glue (using a screw clamp).
Ledge molding dimensions: 20 x 120 mm.
Intrados molding dimensions: 12 x 90 mm.
Lacquered frames are entirely made from Tulipier.
Frames in timber come in Tulipier with a 20/10 timber veneer and solid timber.
Moldings and intrados consist of multilayer panels and a 6/10 timber veneer.
Doors in local walnut feature yesquero core and walnut veneer; all other doors come in solid timber.
Glazed door blades are built without glazing stops, with stiles and rails in laminated fir, assembled “dowel-style”.
Glazed, lacquered door blades are made from laminated profiles veneered in 4 mm MD.
The ledge is made from Tulipier.

Finishes and qualities
Lacquered doors and doors in solid timber come with an opaque water-based paint-finish.
Frame and door blade may have either the same or different finishes and timbers; Frames with a coplanar ledge always come in the same finish and/or the same timber as the door blade.
Atroporta, with its inclined axis, is different to common concepts where the blade is usually parallel to the wall: for this reason particular attention needs to be paid when jointing two different floorings under the door.
