From constant attention to the real technical and technological needs of the HVAC sector combined with the company's know-how, Comparato presents a series of products dedicated to heat pump systems, in line with the developments in hydrothermal systems.‎ The diverter valves of the CLIMA PDC range are the new motorized diverter valves for automatic switching between heat pump and boiler.‎ Thanks to the integrated management electronics and the specific probe, the regulator detects the external temperature and diverts the system towards the heat pump or towards the boiler based on the set switching value.‎ In this way, the system is always powered by the most convenient generator in terms of efficiency as the external air temperature conditions vary.‎ Furthermore, the CLIMA PDC range can control the temperature of the DHW boiler, if present on the system, by controlling a motorized valve to divert the heating flow towards the boiler coil based on the set set-point temperature.‎ Diamant CLIMA PDC and Compact CLIMA PDC store the hours in which the boiler is operating and the hours in which the heat pump is operating: when the room thermostat contact is closed, the regulator starts counting the “hours:minutes” parameter based on the status of the switching valve.‎ All stored data are made available via the RS485 serial connection with Modbus-RTU communication protocol and the Comparato ClimaPDC Tool software.‎
