FibroTek Flat is the evolution of the Fibrotek line of thermal insulating panels.‎ This system uses a pre-perforated flat plate instead of a raised batten (profile), specifically designed by Fibrotubi technicians as a thermal insulating underlay for Fibrotubi's new Fibrograf modular metal sheet.‎ Fibrotek Flat helps increase the insulation performance of the roof thanks to the insulating characteristics of the polyurethane panel, whose thickness can be adjusted to suit the customer's needs.‎ Its embossed aluminum coating also ensures waterproofing against water and external agents, while the pre-perforated sheet metal strip, arranged longitudinally, gives the panel greater rigidity and serves as the ideal anchoring point for the FibroGraf sheet.‎ The result is an integrated roofing package that combines the Fibrotek Flat thermal insulating underlay with the Fibrograf modular metal sheet system.‎ The combination of the two components allows for a high-performance layering system, capable of guaranteeing high thermal and acoustic performance, durability over time, and rapid installation.‎ The system also ensures functional continuity between insulation and roofing, optimizing thermal bridge management and protecting the building envelope.‎ As with the entire Fibrotek line, the product meets the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) regarding the percentage of recycled materials in insulation, and therefore the related tax deductions.‎
