Orchidea Easy is a counter frame for plasterboard with open crosspieces.‎ The Orchid Line counterframes for retractable sliding doors by Fibrotubi Srl are increasingly establishing themselves on the international market, as they meet all today's design, design and safety needs, with high-tech and quality solutions suitable for all types.‎ of wall.‎ Orchidea Easy can be applied on existing floors, it is easy to assemble, it can be inserted into both plasterboard and brick walls, available in various versions, thicknesses and models (single, double, parallel, opposite, flush with the wall, for light points and mounting kit for plasterboard) and produced in different sizes.‎ The “Easy” line of frames for plasterboard with finished wall thickness of 100 mm with open crosspieces has been designed by Fibrotubi technicians to be light and easy to assemble.‎ Each single piece has been designed for easy installation.‎ As part of the evolution of the market towards furnishing projects that are increasingly personalized for the customer, but also linked to a practical function, dedicated lines such as Orchidea Easy and EASYSlide are born, ideal for dry systems.‎ Orchidea Easy is the line of frames already assembled and ready for use, while in the "Slide" the same frame is included in the assembly kit.‎ All the details of the frame are dedicated to the correct positioning of the plasterboard sheets and to their application in the shortest possible time.‎ All the sleepers of the frame of the "Easy" line are produced with micro-punching to help fasten the plasterboard and in correspondence with them there is a hole to correctly position the screws once the plasterboard sheet has covered the crosspiece, further technical precautions allow to obtain a fast fixing and a sturdy frame as in the box version.‎ In the EasySlide version in mounting kit for plasterboard, there is a frame that is always very easy to assemble and transport (weighs only 12Kg) also thanks to the small packaging size.‎ Packaged in a practical cardboard box, with an extremely small package (about 5 times smaller than standard packages), it allows you to transport it by car and take it to the city as well as to historic centers on the upper floors, even without a lift.‎ Given the simple and quick assembly, it can also be used for "Do it yourself", as it does not require the use of screws or tools, but all the parts are inserted thanks to interlocking couplings, therefore without any equipment, saving, thus , time and money.‎ Both EASY versions support any door model (wooden doors max.‎ 44 mm; glass doors 8-10-12 mm).‎ Max door weight 80 kg.‎ They are also available in double door version, modular with 2 single doors + double door kit.‎
