LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA ZERO is the LecaBlocco Bioclima Zero family of multilayer expanded clay blocks for insulating load-bearing thermal masonry and infill walls with high thermal insulation in almost zero energy buildings (NZEB) and in line with the CAM requirements to access the 110% Superbonus.‎ Building with Bioclima Zero means great living comfort and saving energy for heating.‎ Cost and air emission savings for better living while respecting the environment, thanks to Bioclima Zero insulating thermal blocks.‎ LECABLOCCO Bioclima Zero interprets this technology to build the walls of your home.‎ LECABLOCCO Bioclima Zero load-bearing thermal blocks can be used to build reinforced walls, even in seismic zones (Bioclima Zero), as well as curtain walls for framed buildings with 25 and 30 cm pillars (Bioclima Zero and Bioclima Zero Tamponamento).‎ The Bioclima Zero family of thermal insulation blocks consists of two types with specific technical and application characteristics: Bioclima Zero and Bioclima Zero Tamponamento.‎ Bioclima Zero Lecablocco Bioclima Zero18P, Zero23P and Zero27P make it possible to realise: Reinforced load-bearing walls with high earthquake resistance performance; Infill masonry in buildings with a concrete or steel frame structure.‎ LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA ZERO reinforced load-bearing masonry represents the evolution of the MBZ Building System, which has had Ministerial Technical Approval since 1986.‎ The thousands of buildings constructed in the last twenty years with the MBZ System testify to the simplicity and reliability of the building system.‎ LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA ZERO load-bearing insulating blocks constitute a complete and evolved Building System, accompanied by a series of special pieces that reconcile technical and durability requirements with simplicity of execution on site.‎ Bioclima Zero Tamponamento Lecablocco Bioclima Zero19T, Zero23T, Zero27T and Zero29T make it possible to build infill walls for buildings with a load-bearing frame structure.‎ These thermal blocks achieve high thermal insulation performance with limited thicknesses (from 30 to 38 cm) and with a traditional Building System.‎ Moreover, LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA ZERO infill walls have a Fire Resistance Class of EI 240 (Manufacturer's Technical File).‎ Characteristics and performance: Single wall LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA ZERO are multi-layer blocks produced by solidifying an internal Leca expanded clay concrete block; a high-density polystyrene insulation panel with graphite; an external Leca concrete block protecting the insulation panel.‎ The production process of Bioclima Zero, an evolution of the technology used in Scandinavia since the early 1980s, makes it possible to create a unique single-layered wall product.‎ Thermal insulation LECABLOCCO Bioclima Zero are designed to go beyond legal limits, improving the building's energy class even for NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings ).‎ Thermal inertia Thermal inertia represents the building's ability to delay in time(phase shift S) and reduce the magnitude(damping fa) of the incident thermal wave.‎ The thermal insulation combined with the high surface mass gives masonry made with LECABLOCCO BIOCLIMA ZERO exceptional thermal inertia performance, such as to be included in the highest Performance Quality Classes.‎ Lecablocco Bioclima are lightweight concrete blocks made of Leca expanded clay for external perimeter walls designed to give the walls high performance in terms of insulation and thermal inertia, breathability and bioclimaticity.‎ Lecablocco Bioclima are designed to offer different solutions compliant with the different climate zones and are divided into four families: Lecablocco Bioclima Zero; Lecablocco Bioclima (Thermal and Seismic); Lecablocco Bioclima Superlight.‎
