Ligne Roset SATURNE LED pendant lamp

The Saturne suspension delicately evokes the poetry of celestial forms.‎ A light and elastic mesh (68% polyamide, 32% elastane – 84 g/m2) is stretched over an 80 cm diameter metal ring, enveloping a 20 cm diameter white roto-molded polyethylene sphere with a micro-blasted finish.‎ The ensemble immediately recalls the planet Saturn and its iconic ring, while the mesh creates a light pleat on the upper part of the suspension, adding texture and movement to the object.‎ Completely removable, the mesh can be easily removed for maintenance: it is machine washable on a delicate cycle at 30°, air dry without spinning (tumble dryer not allowed), can be ironed at low temperature (≤ 110 °C) or dry cleaned with perchlorethylene.‎
