MAGE MAXI CRETE

MaxiCrete is a mixture of elastic resins, polymers and selected aggregates.‎ It is grey in colour and is formulated to repair any type of lesion on concrete floors; a fast, excellent treatment that reduces the need for costly repairs.‎ MaxiCrete is designed to extend and compress following the movements of the pavement, for this characteristic it is not necessary to form artificial joints when applied between concrete slabs.‎ Thanks to the special formulation, MaxiCrete becomes a load-bearing repair, resistant to impacts, heavy loads, highly flexible and resistant in different climatic conditions.‎ The affected area is passable by air traffic after 60 minutes from the end of maintenance operations.‎ Widely used at many international airports in the UK, MaxiCrete will limit the damaging effects of water ingress and freeze-thaw cycles in winter periods.‎ MaxiCrete is a certified and approved product by the BBA, British Board of Agrèment, the UK's leading certifying body for construction companies and building materials manufacturers.‎ APPLICATION FIELDS Airport concrete flooring Industrial flooring Roads and Motorways - Parking lots Benefits Quick and easy to apply, stops pavement deterioration by eliminating infiltration and thermal expansion; high slip resistance.‎ Can be applied all year round.‎ Instructions for use Heat to a temperature of between 180 and 200°C and mix at this temperature for at least 40 minutes before applying the material.‎ Ensure that temperatures are under control and avoid exceeding 200°C, the maximum safe temperature.‎ If required by DL when the material is still hot, it is possible to spread aggregate no such as bauxite or similar.‎ If the material has been cooled before applying these aggregates, it will be possible to heat it superficially with a normal blowpipe.‎ Application Mark off the area to be treated by cutting with special equipment around the damaged parts, removing anything that is not firmly in place by digging to the necessary depth.‎ To delimit the area clearly, use adhesive tape, which must be removed as soon as the material has been poured.‎ Apply in layers of 20 to 40 mm and, once the first layer has been poured, wait for it to reach a temperature of 60/75° before applying more material until it reaches the level of the surrounding pavement.‎
