PORONTEK MAX AIR allows the safe installation of the thermal insulation and the load-bearing structure of the roof covering in a single solution.‎ It is an insulating system for pitched roofs composed of Neodur® with a thickness varying from 100 to 140 mm, covered with a layer of embossed aluminium and with a galvanised steel fixed-tile batten with a perforated reticular weave for ventilation under the 50 mm tile.‎ Porontek has a thermal-insulating core covered with aluminised film which, in addition to preserving the insulating layer over time, allows for a further improvement in thermal insulation.‎ Neodur® panels are characterised by an 'L'-shaped rebate on all 4 sides, which makes it possible to avoid any possible formation of thermal bridges in the joints between one panel and another.‎ Porontek is produced in insulation thicknesses from 100 mm to 140 mm and is available in tile pitches: 330 - 342 - 345 - 352 - 360 mm.‎ The galvanised steel roof batten, integrated into the panel, is one of the strengths of the PORONTEK MAX AIR system.‎ Its reticular weave with holes is ideal for obtaining optimal under-tile ventilation from the eaves to the ridge, which preserves the integrity of the roof covering over time, and allows rainwater to drain into the eaves in the event of accidental infiltration.‎
