Ceilingrock Top is a rigid, dual-density rock wool panel, coated on one side with a mineral film, for thermal and acoustic insulation under the lower surfaces of first floors, such as pilotis and garages.‎ The product is not certified for VOC emissions.‎ Documentation for compliance with CAM requirements, valid for exterior application, is available upon request.‎ Application The panel is applied to the lower surfaces of floors using concealed mechanical fasteners.‎ Packaging removal: After removing the PE heat-shrink film, remove the cardboard ring by cutting it along one side.‎ Benefits Fire performance: Rock wool is noncombustible, helps block the spread of fire, and can significantly increase a structure's ability to contain it; it is an ideal insulation material for fire-resistant structures.‎ Thermal performance: The panel increases the thermal resistance of the floor to which it is applied.‎  Acoustic properties: The open-cell structure of rock wool contributes to improving the acoustic comfort of the environments to which it is exposed.‎ Laboratory sound absorption tests are available.‎ Dimensional stability: The panel does not undergo changes in size or performance as the thermal and humidity conditions of the environment vary.‎
