THERMOBLOK® – BASIC Frontal Inspection is a thermal insulation monoblock designed for the installation of roller-type sunshades with front inspection from the inside.‎ The system guarantees high thermal insulation performance, continuity of the building envelope and simple, precise and quick installation of the window unit.‎ The system comprises a thermally insulated roller shutter box, side panels and a fourth side panel – perfectly integrated components that help reduce thermal bridges and improve the energy efficiency of the window opening.‎ TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The roller shutter box is made from EPS Neopor (sintered expanded polystyrene with added graphite) with a density of 30 kg/m³ and a declared thermal conductivity of λD = 0.‎030 W/mK.‎ The structure is reinforced with multi-ply timber inserts, ensuring strength and ease of fixing.‎ The system is designed to allow front inspection from the inside via a dedicated structural window, finished with Neopor® EPS edges that ensure uniform support for the closure panel.‎ The system is completed by the TBK ZERO TOUCH® thermal insulation cover, the innovative magnetic closure system designed to ensure high insulation performance, ease of access and seamless aesthetic integration with interior spaces.‎ The system comprises an external magnetic cover with a ‘Touch’ opening mechanism, free from gaps and protrusions thanks to its frameless aluminium profile, and an internal cover insulated with EPS, designed to enhance thermal and acoustic insulation.‎ The airtight seal helps to minimise draughts, whilst the paintable finish allows the system to blend seamlessly with the interior walls, making the inspection point virtually invisible.‎ Alternatively, the monoblock can be configured with the traditional TBK STD thermal insulation cover, consisting of an overlapping front cover panel made of 30 mm of EPS Neopor bonded to a 14 mm water-repellent MDF panel, which can be painted to match the interior walls.‎ The mechanical fixing system using screws, which are subsequently concealed by special screw covers, ensures easy inspection and a neat finish.‎ The TBK Type 90 thermal insulation side panels, also made from Neopor EPS with a structural core of plywood, incorporate the extruded aluminium guide for the roller shutter and the special plaster-bearing profiles, ensuring the façade is properly skim-coated, delivering high insulation performance and seamless integration with external thermal insulation composite systems.‎ The TBK Type 80 thermal insulation side panel, made from high-density XPS, completes the window assembly by eliminating the lower thermal bridge.‎ It is designed to accommodate the window sill and is supplied with a dedicated thermal break in XPS for windows and in Purenit for French windows.‎ The system can be supplemented with numerous optional extras, including provision for a recessed fly screen via a special aluminium profile and the TBK skimming system, comprising external wall insulation mortar, a plaster-reinforcing mesh and technical PVC profiles to ensure professional installation and a finish that blends seamlessly with the façade.‎ THERMAL
