THERMOBLOK® TWIN External Inspection 35TH is a thermal insulation monoblock designed to house roller-type sunshades with external inspection, developed for applications characterised by walls of considerable depth.‎ The system is designed for walls with a depth of 350 mm, to which the thickness of the finishes is added, resulting in a total depth of approximately 375 mm for the finished wall.‎ This configuration is particularly suitable for installing windows flush with the internal wall, ensuring continuity of insulation and precise positioning of the window opening.‎ The system comprises a thermally insulated box, side panels and a fourth side panel – perfectly integrated components that help reduce thermal bridges and improve the energy efficiency of the building envelope.‎ TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The TBK TWIN 35TH roller shutter box is made from moulded EPS (sintered expanded polystyrene) with a density of 33 kg/m³, a declared thermal conductivity of λD = 0.‎040 W/mK and internal reinforcement in electro-welded mesh, a solution that provides greater strength and structural stability, even in deep installations.‎ The roller shutter box compartment has a standard width of 242 mm and is designed to accommodate roller-type sunshades with external inspection from the underside.‎ The system is completed by the external cover, consisting of a fibre-cement and XPS sandwich panel with a total thickness of 25 mm, which guarantees strength, durability and excellent accessibility for inspection.‎ The swing-out configuration, supported by the side brackets, ensures easy inspection of the roller shutter compartment and high resistance to weathering.‎ The TBK Type 90 thermal insulation side walls, made from Neopor EPS with a load-bearing structure of plywood, incorporate the extruded aluminium guide for the roller shutter and the specific technical profiles for skimming, ensuring continuity of insulation, precision of installation and perfect integration with external thermal insulation systems.‎ The TBK Type 80 thermal insulation side panel, made from high-density XPS, completes the window assembly by eliminating the lower thermal bridge.‎ The special recessed design facilitates assembly with the side jambs and is designed to accommodate the window sill.‎ The system is supplied with a dedicated thermal break in XPS for windows and in
